Can I add a stop for groceries or other essentials?
Yes. You can request a stop for groceries, wine, snacks, or other essentials before reaching your destination. There is an additional fee of $20 for the stop and wait time.
Are child safety seats available?
Child safety seats are not included by default but can be requested in advance. Booster seats are available upon request.
How do I meet my chauffeur at the airport or cruise terminal?
Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal or cruise terminal with a personalized name sign. They will contact you upon landing or docking to coordinate your pickup.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel for a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
